Greg Franklin

Greg Franklin is a Technical Security Consultant with more than twenty-seven years of investigative experience. He is currently the President of a company which provides consulting services as well as Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) sweeps to several corporate, and private clients.

Prior to his current position, Greg lead the Technical Investigative Program for a federal law enforcement agency. For over twenty years, Greg gained valuable experience in the installation and monitoring of surveillance systems. Additionally, Greg developed and implemented techniques which protected the organization from the compromise of sensitive information through the effective use of Technical Security Countermeasures (TSCM).

Greg’s Knowledge of both the surveillance and countersurveillance disciplines represent a unique skillset within the Security Community.



Charlie Bradley

In 2009, Special Agent Charlie Bradley retired from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI). Charlie retired from the TBI’s Criminal Intelligence Unit and was an original member of the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force following the September 11th attacks.

As a second career, Charlie began consulting as a Protective Security Specialist (PSS) with top corporate executives, A-list entertainers and high wealth individuals and families.

His knowledge and experience focus on how important reputation is. Meeting today’s security challenges requires modernizing client security. Charlie has advocated for prevention and protection over response and the need to take proactive rather than reactive approaches to security.

Bart Holzer

Bart Holzer is a security executive with more than twenty-five years of information security, cybersecurity, and investigative experience. He is currently serving as a fractional executive (vCSO and vCISO) to businesses as a consultant. His most recent internal position was as the Chief Security Officer (CSO) of a financial services firm in Franklin, TN.

Bart is active in the Nashville security community. He is currently serving on the board of the ISSA Middle Tennessee Chapter and its 2023 InfoSec Nashville Conference Committee. Bart serves as President of the Board for the InfraGard Middle Tennessee Members Alliance.

For nearly two decades, Bart provided technical support to an operational unit within federal law enforcement. His specific expertise was applied to affecting court authorized electronic surveillance on packet switched networks. During his tenure, Bart led technical teams and built out the unit’s first operations center.

Bart has a B.S.E. in Computer Science, an M.S. in Telecommunications, and multiple certifications - including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (ISSEP), and Certified Protection Professional (CPP).


Joe Mann

In 2019, Joe Mann retired from 34 years of Federal Government Service. After serving as a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Army, Joe began his 30-year career as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). During his tenure, Joe served as the Technical Advisor (TA) for the Memphis Division of the FBI. In this capacity, he was responsible for all investigative technical techniques for the Division. This included both offensive (covert installation) and defensive (detection) of electronic surveillance equipment.

Following his retirement from the FBI, Joe co-founded a company with Greg Franklin which provides security services to corporate, private businesses, and high wealth individuals. Given their combined 60 years of technical experience, their company provides a unique perspective to their clients. These services include physical and network security assessments and Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) sweeps.
