The first prototype is shown to early investors, and interest starts to grow. CastNet, Inc is founded as a Delaware C-Corporation, and the company structure starts to take shape.

A new team member is brought on board to architect a solution. The future Head of Technology and Head of Development team up to design and build the first prototype.

While providing consulting and Technical Surveillance Counter Measures (TSCM) services, the future founders of CastNet, Inc. identify a need for persistent monitoring for hidden devices. The concept of a new product that could detect hidden devices is born.
